We're a Top Workplace! (and You Need to Join Us)

Normally, this space is reserved for discussion of customer engagement and loyalty, of discount programs and oodles of statistics.

We're going to very briefly move in a different direction today.

Today, we're going to fix you up with a new job.But first…

Access was just named a Top Workplace in Utah by the Salt Lake Tribune. Which is great - this is a terrific place to work.

We're especially proud of this for a couple reasons.

  1. This honor is based primarily off employee surveys. This isn't some third-party subjective review of our benefits and compensation policies. This is based off an actual employee survey that came with no advance warning to the team and no notifications that it was about an award.
  2. You've heard us talk for a long time about the direct connection between employee engagement and customer engagement. You can't really have one without the other, at least not on a long-term basis. The most beloved brands and companies operate from the inside out. We're glad to have this bit of recognition that we're practicing what we so frequently preach.

You can check out the award page here, which features some quotes from employee responses.

But, what we really want you to do is come work with us.

That's right. Click here and apply for one of our openings. We've got openings in sales, QA, customer service, software dev…whatever you're good at, we're growing and can probably use you on the team.

Then pack your bags for SLC. Bring your outdoor gear. Access values life/work balance, so you'll actually have lots of time to do things like skiing!

Thanks to all of the hard working folks here that comprise this company, and the management that's been bold enough to create an environment where great people are given big tasks and the freedom to use their talents to tackle them.

And to you - we'll see you soon!Loyalty Statistics The Ultimate Collection
